Planks – 4 Week Challenge
We have 2 versions of the plank challenge. One ends with a 3 minute plank and another that ends with the 5 minute plank. You choose which one you want to strive for!
Elbow Planks vs Standard
I suggest elbow planks. According to FitSugar:
“Compared to the traditional plank, Lauren says that the elbow plank offers more of a challenge because it “recruits more of your core muscles to do the work.”
