Push Ups and Mason Twists – 2 Week Challenge
I created this 2 week fitness challenge calendar so we can squeeze a short one in between Thanksgiving and Christmas. There is a 50 and 70 max version. Choose which one you want to do!

Mason Twist
NOTE: A turn to one side and then to the other is considered ONE mason twist.
Options:
- clasp your hands – bring your elbows as far behind your back as possible. Do your best to touch the ground with your fists with each turn.
- Add or increase the weight to add challenge.
