Job 1 is a 4 week no nonsense functional training program brought to you by Beachbody’s Newest Super Trainer, Jennifer Jacobs. It features 20 minute workouts 5 days a week.
Job 1 is Beachbody’s first ever English/Frech bilingual program!
Jennifer Jacobs is an international fitness trainer and former Senior Peloton instructure. She is a certified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach through NASM. She is also a certified cycling instructor through AFAA.
PROGRAM INFORMATION
- Program length: 4 Weeks
- Workouts per week: 5
- Workout length: 20 minutes
- Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, Resistance Loops, MYX Bike (optional)
