Legs and Abs – 4 Week Challenge
This was actually not the first version of this challenge. This started off with just the hips, glutes and hamstrings challenge peaking at 70. My accountability group asked for more balance and lower reps. I adapted it to add the abs workouts, increase the number of rest days lower the maximum number of repetitions. I love this change. A better balance focusing on the core.. and it is something more realistic that folks can follow day to day.
