- Program length: 3 Weeks Each (6 Weeks combined)
- Workouts per week: 7
- Workout length: MBF 25-35 minutes, MBFA 25-40 minutes
- Equipment Needed: Dumbells, Cordless Weighted Jump Rope,Core Comfort Mat
- Available in the BOD library: Winter 2020
