Outstretched ARMS Challenge
Using a medicine ball, dumbbell or other weight, hold up the weight for up to 20 seconds. Ideally hold your arms up to your ears.
For more challenge pulse up and down while holding the weight or increase the weight.
3 sets of 20 seconds each.
Don’t have weights? Grab something from the Kitchen (bag of rice, can of soup) – Go!
