Poached Egg and Avocado on Toast
I saw this recipe on Chalene Johnson’s facebook page and am copying it here to try later! Doesn’t it look yummy?
Directions
- Toasted Ezekiel
- Top with one poached egg over easy
- Add 1/4 avocado, sea salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced bell peppers, with sweet baby bell peppers on the side!!!
