Very Berry Shakeology
I love this fruit filled recipe, particularly with Vanilla Shakeology but it’s great with Chocolate Shakeology as well. This is one of my favorite weekend snacks. I usually have a light lunch on Saturdays and Sundays and enjoy this on mid-afternoon!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Strawberries, Blueberries or Raspberries
- 1 tsp lemon (optional)
- 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla Shakeology
- 1/2-1 cup water
Directions
Add water to desired thickness. Mix in a blender.
