- Equipment needed: Required: 1-3 lb. ankle weights, Resistance Loops
- Optional: Yoga Mat
- Audio: English, Spanish and French dubbing

WORKOUT DETAILS
- SWEAT – MON, WED, FRI
These workouts are the perfect combination of cardio and strength. They alternate high-intensity, low-impact dance-cardio intervals with targeted sculpting intervals to help you slay calories and carve lean muscles. - SCULPT – TUES & THUR
Dial down the speed and turn up the effort. Using ankle weights and Resistance Loops, focus on slower movements that keep your muscles under constant tension to maximize the sculpting benefits. You’ll finish with a core circuit to help tighten and define your abs. - BONUS WORKOUTS – EXPRESS
Stack these 10- to 15-minute routines onto any Sweat or Sculpt workout for that extra punch. These short, but spicy workouts are also a great option for days when you’re tight on time.
